Rough, Notchy Gearchanges from cold???
As above really, gear changes have become increasing un-smooth, and sometimes tricky to get in gear, mainly when the car's cold?? any ideas?

Probably just your gearbox oil m8, Change it for something like Castrol Syntrax, or Extralube ZX1, Mobile do a good one too but can't remember what it's called.
would be a relief if it is something like that, is it something i could do myself? how much would the oil be(ish) ?
