Default Window rubbers

My windows seem to be sticking on the rubbers which sometimes mean I do not get full closure. Has anyone else had this problem and what can I do to solve it.

Vaseline....

no, really!

(Although ideally, you'd be better off with some silicon grease)

Or use zymol vinyl conditioner on the rubbers.
Halfords also do a rubber treatment in a yellow can, forget the name now.
It will stop the binding up and allow the window to fully close.

Vaseline really works. I had a soft top before the scoob. It was an alfa so leaked like a sieve. Covering the seals with vaseline stopped all the leaks!!!!

yeah i can hear the wind squeeling through my front window rubber seals on my My95 WRX, could this be because the rubber is old or will something else work?

vasaline isn,t the best long term solution to lubricate anything rubber, since anyone who as a kid ever bothered to read the leaflet in a pack of condoms will remember, petrolium jelly will infact perish rubber. alledgedly.

* Window rubbers *

I don't believe you can catch an disieases off windows nor get them pregnant , so no rubbers required, perhaps just some counselling
