Default software for a pc to monitor the scooby?

Hey all, is there any software that I can buy for a laptop that acts like something that the S.E.Cs unit does? i.e to read boost, rpm, and record peak levels etc? how much would this sort of thing cost me?
cheers

DeltaDash is great, but if you were looking for a cheaper alternative, try the ESP automotive software (can be got from scoobyworld http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/trolleyed/21/index.htm )
I have DeltaDash - but for the amount I use it, it was quote expensive!

A seperate boost gauge is preferable...unless you can find a way of mounting your laptop within your line of site!
DeltaDash will read all the data your ECU has available so...Yes, it will read boost pressure.
Not sure about the ESP software but I would have thought so too for same reason.

i intend to mainly use it when i have my son in the car (he has a laptop you see) and so then we can both look at whats going on within the car, as I dont see the need to a boost gauge to always be there anyways..

If modifying the car, You are better off with a boost guage installed permanently in the car - i would consider boost guage and knock link as mandatory!
