Default A Right Sh*tty mess!!

Please someone help me!!

Ive taken the plastic wind deflector thingies from around the windows off my WRX CLASSIC today and im now left with this horrible sticky gunk all up the A pillars and along the edge of the roof.
I started to remove the gunk very carefully and found to my horror that the paint from underneath is coming with it!! Does anybody know how i can get this off without having to book my car in for a respray!!

OOPS!

Gav.

Have taken mine off too. WD40 lifted the sticky crap off with a hair drier.
Its no good on a cold day like today though.
Unfortuanatly some of the paint lifted on mine and yup i had to have it sprayed

It would be better to go to a bodyshop and ask them to remove the c**p off. They should be able to put your car into a low bake oven, then pull the stuff off. This would be a lot cheaper than re spraying it...

Too late...yup you guessed it...one not so cheap respray needed for the edges and back quarter panels.
The joys of modding your Scooby!!
