Question Newbie

I've just bought a my94 WRX wagon and would like to consider some mods.

I know the brakes are not much good, so that's the first project.

As for the engine, what's best to start with, Induction, Exhaust etc.

Cheers

Hi bud.

I started with a Godspeed 325mm 4 pot brake upgrade for my UK97 turbo. Turned out I only had the 2 pots originally.

Initially happy but a couple of years on I wish I'd have stuck the £750.00 I spent on this kit against an AP 6 pot set up especially once I'd had a ride in a car that had them on.

Next the car got full decat/ scooby sport exhaust and suspension mods (Whiteline ARB's and anti lift kit with additional three point brace etc) Moved to engine swapping turbo, adding induction kit, boost controller etc and finally had full remap with aid of Apexi ECU.

Its been an expensive journey alright but enjoyable none the less.

Make sure your happy with the exhaust you pick (I'm on my third now which aint cheap as I keep changing my mind).

Good luck

Wink

Godspeed Brembo 325mm calipers and 2-part discs first. No problems with them.

Full TSL Group N decat next. Lovely.

LINK ecu, remapped by Bob Rawle, and still love that.
