Help (need to know month of manufacture)

this is the chassis code for month of manufacture gc8 030307

it is a 1995 was registered in japan in march, i need the month it was manufactured.

ok cheers will do, but car is in liverpool at moment and am in newcastle.

xrs does the seatbelts not just tell you when the seatbelts were manufactured ?

on my 96 wagon the seat belts only give the year
