Default 130 mph 'whistle'

I have a 2003 STI uk and everytime I approach 130 ish my car starts to whistle, not managed to go fast enough to make it stop yet.

Anyone else get this whistle, if howfast have yo got to go to make it stop?

Ive just replied to a very similar thread funnily enough it will most likely be the wind making your vin plate on ya strut top vibrate and causing it to whistle like a reed, mine does exactly te same just the speed varies depending on the wind outside. try putting some tape over it then see if it does it then.
let me know how ya get on

This has been mentioned time and time again on SN. (Do a search)

Do 130+ and it goes away

Only did it once, but when I got to roughly 130 I had a bleeping noise coming from somewhere? I'm sure it was an electrical noise of some kind. Any one had that?
