Default Aluminium Gear Frame - how to fit ?

Hi all..
Thinking of getting one of these to match the prodrive gear **** I now proudly own (easily pleased)

I've seen them on the Subaru website - expensive but look nice - anyone got any experience of fitting them ? Do they just push on or any dismantling / drilling involved ?

Many Thanks

I have and it was about £55. Apparently, you have to take off the whole area and drill holes etc. Do a search on gear frame and you should find thread in Accessories/Interior with more details. In the end I chickened out and asked dealer to fit - they charged £38 and did it while I waited.

Nice one mate - found it

Looks a bit of a kerfuffle tbh - another one to add to the list for the next service I think
