Default pivot air flow controller

Hi, i have a pivot air flow conditioner system fitted to my wrx which doesn't seem to actually do anything, it has a power indicator showing 'on' and thats it. Is there anyone out there with one who can tell me how to operate it? Or if anyone has a manual for one? There is what seems to be a model number on it which is 'acs-m' if thats any help?
Cheers.
