Next co car due in May, looking at either the grey WRX with the PPP or a greySTI. Without going into too many technical issues which would you go for????

Depends on what you want. WRX with PPP is a softer drive(better for Mway roads)
STI is more hard core(ok on Mways, loves A and B roads more)

Asking us whatt we'd get is not going to help you! :-) The question is: WHAT do YOU want out of the car? Decide on that, and the choice of car makes itself! :-)

Regards,

What do you want: all out sports or all rounder with a surprise up the tailpipe??
Are MPG/insurance/image/practicality factors??

Personally I went the STi route as I wanted something fun and hadn't had a 'high performance' car before ... plus the Scoob ticked all my boxes:

MPG > 20
Low running costs*
5 seats
Good sized boot
0-60 < 6
Modification options out the wazoo (for future funds)
Local, friendly dealership
Fun, fun and more fun

*excl. insurance

Go for the STi. PPP is getting increasingly difficult to insure (at a reasonable rate anyway)....

Yeah - I've seen this - more to insure a WRX with PPP than an STI (by a considerable way in my experience)
