Gutted!!!
Finished work at 19:30 last night, went out to the car park and the car wasn't there About 20mins before I had heard a car racing up the road outside my work, just assumed it was some boy racer but now I'm pretty sure it was my car being nicked (somehow I don't think they warmed it up before redlining it )
It was a JDM MY94 WRX in silver, looked like this
so if you see it around Leeds please inform the police.
I am absolutely gutted obviously and seriously p***ed off, I only got it in November and I have a set of wheels and 2 new tyres sat here which were supposed to be going on it today. What p***es me off the most is the hassle it's gonna cause, I spent months on the net before I bought one, mostly on here, researching and reading thread after thread to find out what to look for and what to do to it once I got one. Then I went to see a load of scoobs until I found 1 I liked, had the suspension brakes and geometry all done a few weeks back at Scoobyclinic and it was absolutely superb after that.
Now all that time and effort has been ruined by some mindless ****** who's too f***ing lazy to do an honest days work to pay for stuff, I work all week in a job I f***ing hate to pay for that car, I DO NOT NEED THIS ****!!!!
ps. Sorry for the rant.

sorry for ya dude - hope u get it back (if u want it back now!!)
a mate of mine had some1 break into his 94WRX and he had a disklok on it - the ****s took the whole steering wheel off some how and the only reason they didnt take it was due to the fact it had been stood unused for about 3 months and the battery was dead..!!

Once again a decent hard working member of the public is robbed by a a*se thief who can't get a decent job to earn his own. Hope they get caught and arsed in jail.

Sorry to hear about your bad news mate.
I had a similar thing about 6 years ago, was sat in my house having a party and i said goodbye to a friend at the front door and just before i closed the door i heard a loud car driving away and i assumed it was like you "big bore boy racer" so i thought nothing of it.
Next day woke up with hangover and found out my car was gone.
So like you i had heard my car drive away and that feeling is so gutting it made me want to be sick!!
I know how you feel and all i can suggest to you is to think posotive (although it may be hard at the moment).
If you don't get her back then maybe do like i did and get an even better car.
Don't move downwards in the car chain and let these filth of our society win just because you may think high performance cars = high target!!
Get an STi or find another car with slightly better spec and that will make the transition from losing your old car a little easier.
Just some friendly advice and how i dealt with my grief and loss!!
Good Luck!!

Thanks for all the replies guys, I knew I could count on the suuport of the Scoobynet community as always
Car was in the work car park just off Manor Road, it's the first left as you come into the city centre from the motorway just after you pass the new Bewley's Hotel. It had an alarm and immobiliser on it, nothing else and clearly not a very good one, was on the car when I got it, Auto Watch is the make dunno which model though.

Really sorry to hear about this mate. It sickens me to hear these stories of decent people having something they've worked hard for stolen by the scum of the earth.
I hope it works out for the best, whether that means getting the car back in one piece or getting a good settlement with the insurance. Don't let the scum put you off, just get another one with a better alarm and immobiliser.
All the best,
NS04

I really feel for you mate these w*****s need to be dealt with properly by the law, but as always it's the hard working desent people in the world that end up as victims, and the criminals get away with it we need harder sentences for the mindless b******s like the ELECTRIC CHAIR perhaps sentiments to you lee.

Thanks again for all the replies, I've been trying not to think about it too much cos it's just depressing when I do Haven't heard anything from the police so far, not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing, just have to wait and see I spose.
If they do find it though I'm not really sure that'll be a good thing, I don't think I really want it back when it's quite obvious it will have been seriously abused by who ever had it. I can't really see a car thief warming it up, letting it cool down and running it on optimax with octane booster like I was somehow!
Anyway whatever happens I'll let you all know.
