Default What colour? black with red speckle?

Hi, recently bought an import scooby. the car is black, but under direct light there is a bit of a red speckle in it!

I was considering buying a sti alloy bonnet, but was unsure of how difficult it would be to get it sprayed up the right colour?

thanks

Default paint and codes

I think you'll find it's called mica black - it's the same colour as mine by the sounds of it. From memory the paint code is 47A. A paint shop should be able to get a good match. A good paint shop will be able to get a good match. I've had spoilers painted and they all match fine.

Can confirm, it is Black Mica 47A. The paint code is on the plate on the nearside of the engine compartment as you open the bonnet. I think it has green flecks in it as well.
