full decat exhaust is the best way to start if yours is totally standard, air filter, tdo5 turbo, remap, and lots of money will have your uk scoob winging its way towards 300 bhp!
beware it becomes addictive, and expensive, have fun!

I'll second that recommendation for the TD05, I took a classic from standard 215 to pushing over 300hp, alas I went too far and had to sell because the insurance killed me last september!

Heres what you'll be looking at:

Full Decat (with a backbox to suit your ears, for and eventual 300hp they're all more or less the same for performance)

Dont touch the induction, aint worth the money

ECUTek remap by someone good (Bob Rawle or Pat Herbourne IMHO).

Front entry TD05 - for this you'll need to get a converted TD05 from someone like Andy Forest (AndyF on here), a high flow fuel pump and fuel pump regulator will also be required).

Also get yourself a Knocklink and Lamda link to keep an eye on knocking and mixture as a bit of det while you're pushing it could cost you a packet.

Do that little lot and you'll be over 300hp with similar torque figures.

Mind you, if you are a motorway freak this turbo is fine but on more "delicate" country routes you might want to get something which spools up a little quicker, I found I could go quicker in the country side with the standard td04 with a good map on.

Oh, and get some nice brakes and braided lines

Good luck, i'm feeling all sad now, my Fabia VRS just isnt the same as my 300hp monster was, wahhhhh
