Default MY03 sti jdm with no dccd, is this right?

Just been to test this yesterday, nice car in white, but noticed no dccd. I thought all jdm sti's had dccd as standard, surely the whole point of buying a jap car in the first place?
chris.

DCCD was an option. Part of the GL pack IIRC

Yep - DCCD is not std.

One of the reasons the JDM is nice is the DCCD-A, the other of course would be the small matter of that ridiculously responsive twinscroll set up they have on the motor

Only standard on the Spec C's
Was a part of the "drivers pack" which included the lightweight BBS alloys and Bridgestone RE070 tyres, A-DCCD and quick rack steering, so you probably wont have any of these on this car.

Tony its std on the GL as well. I certainly didn't order it as an upgrade.

There are actualy several different STi versions in a varying degree of status so be wary of the descriptions offered.
