Just got back from a week in Kent (from Cornwall), and i got 368 mile's from a tank of petrol (60ltr's Optimax), and the fuel light had'nt even come on. The car's an 03 wrx ppp wagon, mainly motorway driving between 70-90 mph all the way, as i said the fuel light did'nt even come on, but i got nervous and filled it up in case the bulb had blown, did'nt want to be wandering around with a can looking for petrol station in darkest Kent.

How much did you get in it when you filled up??

 

Not sure excactly, but it was £48 @ about 92p litre i think.

 

£48 @ 0.92 a litre = 52.2 litres = 11.5 gallons

368 miles / 11.5 gallons = 32mpg
