Did a search on her and found a few of you guys pointing everybody in the direction of b-huges for a 70-80 pound suction mount.
Did anybody ever find a cheaper one and where from?

You arent asking for much are you? The mounts mentioned above are excellent; would you really fix your £500 camera onto the outside of a car travelling at 70MPH with a piece of cheap ****e? You get what you pay for...

You post an offensive reply to a geniune remark then wonder why it gets deleted
I wouldn't trust a camera on a cheap mount personally because it could so easily get broken or worse in an accident
If you stacked it would you like a camera hitting you in the face with whatever else from the accident? I know I wouldn't.

Outside, inside; Im not sure that it makes much difference, if the camera comes off inside it will probably break. This man sells mounts which if not the best, equal them, and theyre not dear either.
As you will see from the site; 'suction camera mounts' are principally used on the outside; Ray didnt clearly mention mounting it on the inside of the windscreen did he?
Btw the £40 mount isnt recommended for use on the inside of a windscreen but it can be used on a side glass.
