Wheel Issue (No pun intended!)

My wheels have started going funny around the edges. looks like the laquer is affected. How can i fix this?

When I kerbed one of mine, I asked at my local tyre place for who might repair it for me. They pointed me at Kingsway Tyres in Grimsby.

Two trips to gy later, I've got 2 wheels refurbished for £25 and done perfectly.

Ask your local tyre people.
