You all know what I mean, the ******* heat plate making that horrible rattling noise.

WELL, a simple tack weld has massively reduced my noise, it happens when first cold SOMETIMES but mainly I dont hear it at all

Had exactly the same with one of my previous scoobies. bracket had broke, rewelded up and bob's ya uncle!

 

...until it breaks your tack weld again a year later like mine has
