Default Grow up!

I am getting seriously p*ssed off now with the driving standard of some impreza drivers.

Got my car washed today at the local russian outlet. Whilst i was there, another scoob pulled up. I nodded at the driver as you do, no response. About 5 mins later i saw him looking at me so i nodded again. Guess what, nothing!

I later found myself next to this guy in traffic, nodded for the 3rd time. With no response, he then to proceeded to accelerate to what must have been 70mph in a 30mph zone, weaving through the traffic.

W*nker!!!!

This sort of behavior is what gives all of us a bad name.
I was in my white sti4, he was in a p reg silver wrx badged to look like an sti.

Rant over

Talking

After following him and nodding at him, he prolly thought you were some sort of shirt lifter and decided to 'make his excuses and leave'

Big spoiler, scoops, 4 doors, brash colours, turbo noises. What else would a hooligan/boy racer with a bit of cash get?

Whoever thinks Imprezas are and should be driven by mature, educated, I know better than that, car "enthusiasts" simply have been suckered by car mags glossy photos of country lane driving.

Scoobies represent everything that young brash attention seeking petrol heads stand for, pretty much what the Ford Cosworths did in the late 80's and early 90's.

If the Impreza "appeared" mild mannered like a Saab, BMW or Audi, and did not get continious hype from british car magazines and goddamn Max Towel, then I'm pretty sure more Imprezas on the roads today are driven by something with more than half a brain cell.

Its foolish to expect that all Impreza drivers will nod; acknowledge your nod or even know that Impreza drivers nod, in 2005. In 1995 maybe. when the Impreza was a well kept secret and they were over-priced and owned principally by car enthusiasts.

In 2005 they are hugely de-valued, over-supplied and worth next to nothing; every f*ckwit who wants to show off and has £3,000 can buy one; why would they nod, after all; people with Corsas and stupid stripes didnt nod to them before did they?

Why cant people grasp why it doesnt happen any more ffs?
