Do yourself a BIG favour, do NOT do a search, buy a well known Semi-Synthetic, change it every 6 months or 7500miles ............ its as simple as that!
Oh, yes, there is an **** Guide to Oil Changes - use it if you wish, other than that do what you would do with any other car!!

Because Fully Synthetic is good for extended service intervals - 6 months and 7500miles is not an extended service interval.
Semi is recommended by the people who invested £millions in the design of the engine used .... I will let them tell me whats best for their engine

run mine on cheap minoil as my local guy says so he rebuilds scooby engines all day and says hes seen to many go bang on semi any one else tried this i run a stiv5 at 350 bhp would like some feed back please
