Default Main Dealer Service vs No Main Dealer

I've had a DBM MY00 from new and always had the car serviced by a Subaru main dealer. I've recently found a decent garage that has been servicing the wife's Renault, also I've heard good stuff about them. They carried out a MOT on the Scoob and when asked if they service them I was told yes and they've done belt changes etc.

I'm due a service but was wondering what people's thoughts were on the situation of dealer vs non, as I dare say I could save a few £££££s if I went to the non dealer - but I would hate to think this could devalue the car, btw the car is a Euro import so I know its not going to fetch a great amount anyway.

Any thoughts welcome?

Cheers

If you don't use a dealer then personally i would use a specialist for Scoobs. You save some cash and probably retain the value
