Hey People,

Took my MY02 for a service on Friday, and discovered that the radiator is leaking from the top. Would this be covered under the Subaru Warranty? Anyone have any experience of this? Im just about to call the dealer!

 

You say its leaking or is it just dried antifreeze you can see on the top of the rad.Most Subaru's that i have looked at have dried anti freeze on the top of the rad but are not actually leaking.

I thought it was dried anti freeze but the guys who serviced it were convinced it was leaking, so it was topped up on Friday and the level has reduced. Although I am keeping a close eye on it.

 

Just had my rad replaced lastweek under warranty. Original was leaking from a similar position that you have described.
