About to have my 30k servuice on my UK WRX 2003. Where's the best place to get parts from, can I get them all from 1 supplier and can anyone confirm the correct plugs and the one in the serivce book doesn't exist on NGK's website?

Parts as copied from the service guide are:
- Engine oil, 10w40
- Oil Filter
- Engine coolant
- Fuel filter
- Air filter
- Spark plugs NGK PFR6G and filter (what's it mean by filter?). Also, I can only find the part PFR6B.
- Transmission oil (filter automatic?), 85w. What does filter automatic mean?
- Diff oil front and rear - manual doesn't state how much and what type.
