What I have seen on past threads about this subject. The concensus is no. As you can cause heat build up in one place in the engine bay. Unless you plan to get a couple of mini scoops to go over the vents so that air is passed through the engine bay. The passenger bay side vent is where your battery is, and water can easily leak through onto to it.
