As my e-mail is being ignored I thought I would try here

My account 'Philip Attaway' is not recognising me or my password. I was locked out several months ago for some reason.

Can it be sent to my e-mail address (natmags one)

Hi Phil,

Not sure why your email has been ignored, but I am sure "ignore" has not been the reason.

Due to security reasons we are unable to change email addresses on accounts as this needs to be done on-line by the user themself. If you are unable to gain access to this account, then I am afraid you will have to create a new account.

I am not changing my e-mail address. It is the same.

I joined scoobynet in 2000 and would like to keep my post count if possible.

For some reason it does not recognise my user name 'Philip Attaway' so am unable to get the password. I am still on the same e-mail address that I started that account with.

You don't need your username to get the password..
try logging in - it will fail and you will see a link to lost password.
You then get a lost password recovery form where you put your email address in that you registered with and it will email you the password..

 

Ah it's worked now.

Maybe my mail was just 'overlooked' ;O)

Edit: Thanks Bartop. I had tried that but it was sending the password for my other account. It has now worked :O)
