Please help guys, may be getting a car later today but it needs the above doing, have absalutly no experience with this how much does it cost and where can i get it done?

Is there a Model Report available for it? If not then dont buy it s you wont be able to register it... A short while with Google will help you here. ScoobyNet 'search' is your friend here too; if you search on my user name along with "Import", "Model Report" and similar key-words to miss out all of the other bollocks that Ive typed; youll find a lot of answers.

The only realistic reason why someone would go to the trouble of importing a scooby and not registering it before purchase is there is a problem with it. Registering alway increases value, so why has this not been done?? or is there a lame excuse, if this looks a bargain then you could get burnt.
