first off, many thanks to all who attended today, either to compete or spectate,a very well behaved event and a credit to scooby owners in general. Some fantastic performances put in, full list of trophy winners below. Later in the week we'll post up all the results, or make them available for download on www.totb.co.uk to show everyone's full set of runs etc.

Thanks for orgnaising another cracking event Chris, good to have a couple of brief chats with you through the day, I will make it to an event with my car competing once again... one day...honest
Was a corker of a show at the end, couldn't have asked for a closer final than we had, watching the Christmas tree to see who'd got to the line first Really feel for Paul getting so close too...still; looooooseeeer

Cheers Chris for a well organised day which ran very smoothly
Just wish my gearbox was as smooth instead of missing some critical parts Would have been nice to make it to the final for some 'proper' drag racing reaction time stuff
cheers
Andy

many thanks!
it was nice to see the majority of spectators actually parking as they should, and not having people trying donuts or other actions on site. the cars competing did you all proud, it was a slight shame we didnt initially get enough scoobs to make it Subaru only throughout, but the late entries last week bumped up the list, and in total today 105 cars competed. i think the majority got more than enough runs in without too much queuing overall, although this morning was a little slower.
the shootout finals were quality, very very close racing as it should be in "first past the post" finals.
Scoobyshootout 2006 is a long way off now but will happen!

Great day out - Well Done to everyone!
I've created a special Subaru page on my site for the Shootout, including a small 5mb video of the final which was one of the best race's i have witnessed - more so as it was two Impreza's rather than the usual Skylines.

Cracking day out got to the ShootOut at about 9:30ish with my two kids (10 and 6) and his mate, and they absolutley loved it. FIrst time there and on the way back they were asking when the next one was. Lucky with the weather too...
My lad was disapointed when he realised we could have entered but seeing a couple look like they threw their big-ends, not sure i've got the bottle or cash for that. Just put the kids to bed, both said "Thanks for a great day out".. makes it all the more worthwhile.
Whens TOTB?
cheers

Well done to Steven and Paul
Would loved to have made it there. Am suprised to see 12s and 13s in the quarters and semis.
Andys 10.5 is still going to take some beating. Should be a good team for TOTB.
