What a helpfull guy!!!

I cant believe the time he took to answer all the questions I had, even though I was not buying an awfull lot from him (couple of defi bits n bobs) he took so much time to answer in plenty of detail so even I could understand it!

Makes a nice change from two lines of 'i really cant be arsed even though you buy from me'.
