Default sti suspension

just a quick question guys, ive seen on ebay some sti suspension advertised for a classic impreza, caught my eye as the suspension legs were red in colour.....just been under my recently aquired car to change the rear diff oil and noticed the same colour suspension on mine....now do all subaru suspension legs come in red or only sti upgraded bits?...its a jap spec car with some sti back lights and front splitter fitted already so im wondering if the suspension has been changed also?

It's probably no help, but the suspension legs are indeed red on my 2003 WRX STI Type UK. I know as I've just been cleaning them this morning!

I bought my '03 wrx with sti suspension already fitted and the legs are red.. I'm pretty sure the standard wrx ones are just black/grey.
