Red face

Just a warning, Went to bed last night my MY00 Turbo sitting on the drive, close circuit TV camera on it. Got up this morning and the car had become easier to reverse, some thieving scumbad has pilfered the rear spoiler. Watching the video and all I see is the car looking fine, static, then the car without the spoiler. If anyone in the Glasgow area gets offered a silver high level spoiler of dubious origin let me know.

Thanks

Sounds like a mission for Scully & Mulder.....
How did they get it off so quickly that the CCTV didn't spot it ??

Not a clue, all I could see was static on the screen. The recording is based on a motion sensor so I can only guess they moved the motion sensor (and the cable so I lost my picture) so it was pointing away from the car, removed the spoiler and moved the sensor back when they were done.

It could have been worse, if they went to that much effort to steal the spoiler, they could have taken the car.

The only suggestion I've got it to move the motion sensor and put it in a different place to the camra so Theving scum think it is recording all the time. and don't realise they have triggered it...
