Mr Plod with his cash machine (I mean safety camera), hidden in bushes just up from West Heath Citroen garage (Minley road), bit of a waste of time really as there is a lollypop man about 200metres away who seems to launch himself between every other car. Although in fairness it is in an area where there are lots of school kids crossing so a justified place, JUST be aware people.
