And mehtinks he only got caught because of the combo of PHOTOGRAPHIC evidence and boasting. As long as people dont get snapped by speedcameras etc. they should be ok, thus it wont be the end of such stories, I dont think people ever learn, I, for one will definetely try to take it easy. Although as much as Im tempted I wont share my speedcamera tales...for now.

mmmmm, me thinks reasonable doubt springs to mind if you don't live alone.
How many of us have others that use the same pc, ie the other half. They could quite easily posted under your username, cos how many of us log off after everytime we have been on here.
Personally I'd let it go to court and let them prove beyond reasonable doubt it was me.
And they can suck my banger too.

just goes to show that thye have ****e all else to do and waste "valuable resource in tracking criminals" to trail through the hundreds of posts left by users... oh what a sad world we live in.. no right to free speech yadda yadda yadda..
and shock horror if only they used thatr resource to catch kiddy fiddlers and terrorist organisations on the net we could all live in a safer country...
i'd like to meet the smug tosser who found the post then thought hey i know i'll report this and we'll get him done...
begs the question how this could possibly be cost effective to have done him just defies belief if you ask me
btw mr plod i live in telford so kiss my ring could'nt care less if they read this or not...
would'nt ever see me admitting that i'd out run the "law"
course ADMIN could always track I.P addresses and just ban em all even the whole range
then someone needs in set the firewall to only allow that I.P
like u say no garauntee i've actually written this is there i mean i could also be a copper to you never know
