Prodrive have gotten thier approval from the Israeli transport ministery and are starting to sell their kit (240hp/ 36 kg-m) can anyone tell me how good is this package? in terms of reliabilty, tourqe, power deilevery and so on?

The difference is quite marked,improvement in mid range torque and general drivability.

Worth the money to some, but there are many other ways to obtain similar or greater performance for less money in the U.K
