The Ninja is typical Jap racer style, 4.5" slash cut and looks big.
The prodrive is, on the other hand subtle/standard looking.
Now, as for sound the Ninja is awsome, i have just the back box
and at full chat roars like a demented banshee with a nice deep rumble
at tickover.
The prodrive will not give the same sound as i don't think it has been
developed to give accoustics, more for power delivery.
Have you considered the Scoobysport system ?

i have a bugeye WRX PPP, obviously it had the prodrive PPP backbox which is a nice looking exhaust, i have just changed to a ninja backbox and the difference is fantastic, took a day or so for the ECU to sort itself then wayhey!!!
its alot deeper but not as intrusive as a vortex or firestorm.
it also seems to have alot more midrange pull, and once over 5K it roars....
fantastic backbox!

From: Nottinghamshire : Out the flat 4 and in the V8
I've had the standard STi box (too quiet), the TSL 4" Group N (nice and loud but I wanted more) and currently am using the TSL Firestorm (loudest yet) but it can be quiet when you want it to be, honest
