Looking at prices for a new WRX. I notice that motorpoint (www.motorpoint.co.uk) has new cars for GBP 15600 on the road. Has anyone seem them cheaper?

Thats about the cheapest you will get. You need to add road tax to the Motorpoint price.

You will need to add CAT 1 alarm and locking nuts to bring the car up to UK spec.
