Hi burtysbugeye,
I bought my '51 plate bugeye WRX in May this year. Totally standard, 24k miles, a few stone chips on doors, big stone chip on bonnet and cracked fog lamp but otherwise immaculate inside and out - I paid £9,800.
Knock off £2.5-3k for the mileage and you're probably not far off?

I agree with Pete. Look in Autotrader for cars of similar age/mileage.
Its hard to put a price on mods if at all. End of the day you can ask what you want but people will only pay what they think its worth
