P1 WR

hi all.we have an impreza my99 turbo.it is a fantastic car.we fit eibachs on it and in real world they are fantastic but out on a track it needs dampers.i wan to fit bilstein.if i fit them they will improve my car perfectly?comfort will change?if i fit them can it beat stis and evos on corners(especially on dry):: ls inform all the pros and cons of it.
lastly i wan to learn some nürburgring times for impreza.i know that standard uk turbo did 8.37 but how abou type-r,22b,prodrive car or ultimate p1??
