It is basically about a new scheme being tested whick involved microchips in numberplates, so the sensors at the side of the road can transmit exactly where you are and how fast you are going!!!

With all these similar schemes being tested is it only a matter of time untill they are put in place?

 

Microchip? The mightn't be sensitive to static discharge but I bet that a sniff of 12v will do them...!
