...that blue imprezas are like a dirty bitch you meet in a club - You'd give her one but you wouldn't take her home to meet your mum.
Whereas crystal grey is more like a classy bird that your mates don't at first notice, but you know she goes like a train.
She's got a good turn of phrase like that.
Seeing as I am about to buy a new one (car, not bird) I was wondering what you lot think of these two colours.
What are other peoples perceptions of impreza colours?
Is blue too common these days? I know subarus should be blue (it's like buying a red ferrari) but does blue get you labelled as a tosser by the general public? Crystal grey looks more understated and will probably attract less attention from wannabe traffic light GPers but part of me still likes blue.
And we say women are indecisive!
HELP!

When I bought my STI8 (MY04) I opted to go silver for a change. Partly due to me good lady wife saying:
'What's the point of getting another blue one? You'd be aswell keeping the one you've got!'
However, I don't regret getting the silver one. I must admit I do like the MY05 Crystal Grey Colour awell

Thanks for the opinions guys. Well the general consensus seems to be grey then.
Much harder decision than i thought because it was always going to be a blue one until it came to seeing them all at the dealers and putting the money down.
Anyone think blue ones get more negative attention than other colours or do all scoobs draw that?

Have the opposite colour to everyone else....
That's why our next BMW will be Metallic red
(refreshing change from the sea of silver, grey, black and wishy washy blue )
Thinking about it...not seen a red scooby for ages.

Just another thought, Grey or silver are most common types of cars bought in UK. Go look at any car showroom, they go for the neutral Grey/silver/Anthracite colour in there demo cars.
Me a wid go for Red from new, its stunning.

Hopefully soon to be getting an STI, I have choosen wrblue as the colour, I think it has panned out a little of every impreza being blue due to the choice you have now. My 2nd colour would be the ice blue but thats only found on the WR1 yeah?. Crystal Grey looks very good tho, maybe a grower!
Best of luck with your choice Tuts.
