Have had my knocking rear suspension sorted out by Webbers of Basingstoke. I was not too sure whether to use them, as they were so new. Not a problem, they are a nice bunch to deal with. They have brought in some staff from other dealerships with experience. The aftersales manager (Stewart) is very pleasant. When I dropped my car off I managed to speak to one of the mechanics, to ask a few bits. He was spot on & has his own Scoob (say no more).
When I picked my car up to my suprise it was glistening (they probably needed clean it to work on it). All in I was very impressed.
It is nice to have a dealership Basingstoke again since the demise of Mill lane. I had travelled to Simpsons up til now. Sparshats are as their name says & Bulldog (Twyford) have lost out through their sales dept, not being able to sell when I wanted to buy. Webbers will get my custom from now on & they are only 5 mins from home.

 

yep, they are a good bunch, hopefully wont have to see them too often if you know what I mean
