Help me out here gang....

My scoobs boot has leaked in last nights rain, but it's leaked all over my girlfriends favourite corduoroy jacket and it's soaked.


How can I dry the jacket out without leaving any trace of the Scoob soaking it..?

I've got tonight to sort it. I don't have a tumble dryer though

I may be able to hide it for a few days before she notices it missing. It's currently looking very creased and wet on a hanger above a radiator in a small, warm room.

Solutions and excuses needed. She told me to get the seal sorted a few weeks ago and I didn't..!!!

You could try hanging it in the airing cupboard(if you have one). Would also suggest ironing it on a medium heat with a towel over it to protect the cord and then hanging it up. Other than that, just own up, she wont be mad for ever. Put on your best 'i'm sowwy' look and you'll be fine

 

Get it dry cleaned - for God sake man lie to her, may i suggest:
You noticed it had a few marks on it and thought you would get it done for her as you know she loves that jacket.

You score brownie points and she is non the wiser, best tenner you'll spend outside Bankok!

 

Heh - other than that, go to a local launderette - put it on a medium heat in the tumble dryer

 

Keep those solutions and cover up ideas coming....!!!!

 

if you do hang it up, use a decent hanger otherwise it will go all outa shape as it drys.

let it dry naturally, then whip it to the dry cleaners.

otherwise go buy some flowers and chocolates and prepare yourself for open-wallet-surgery.

It's a woman he's dealing with here, she'll see straight through that, and accuse him of all sorts.

Just bin it, and tell her you haven't seen it for ages.

 

If it's such a problem just get a new one. ie Girlfriend.

 

Tell her you're sick of her leaving stuff in you're car so you threw it in a puddle as punishment. If she doesn't like that then trade her in!
