cat c means it is repairable but the insurance company thought it wasnt economical, cat d means very light damage, you usually get the cars cheaper due to being repaired salavage, there is nothing wrong with a proper repaired car as most cars can be written off now thru a small front end collision due to the high costs of air bag replacements etc, a damaged car doesnt really mean its been welded in the middle as most people think

so a cat d car is ok then? i know i smashed my zr up and had alot of damage.
but rover made a smashing job of fixing it, lots of panels replaced, suspension and electrics, and i got a good px price for it also even though it had been damaged, just seems no one will buy a cat d car, will i struggle to sell one on?
or are normally px prices alot lower?
