My Warranty is up soon....
So what can I do to make it go even better?
It's a MY52 Bug, which has recently been PPP'd. So I guess it at about 250(ish) BHP?
What would deliver a significant performance improvement, without breaking the bank?

Tricky ....... 
I'd go for TD05 FE turbo, Sti TMIC, PFR7 plugs, harvey to port your headers, decat completely and max out your WRX injectors and get an ecutek remap to over 300 BHP !
Or give Andy Forrest a phone for the TD04 hybrid which seems to be (like Sophie Ellis Bextor), top of my bugeye mods if starting again
