I know this sounds very dodgy and totally understand if nobody wants to know, but anyone willing to send me a chassis number from their scoob as above..?
I'm after a new STI scoop and splitter (for under scoop) for my WRX and the feckin' dealers don't want to know without a number..!![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Alternatively, anyone know the part number for these parts (have been told they come as one)..?
PM or email for obvious reasons.
I suppose I could go to the local dealer and if they've got one use the chassis number off one of their cars..! Now there's a thought. Begs the question why can't the dealer do this for me..?!

Do a search on styling
http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthrea...sti+scoop+part
or try a different dealer!
I found they vary so much as to how helpfull they are.
I have bought a few sti bits for my 53 wrx (front splitters, fog lamp covers etc.) and found some dealers will look up the part just from a description and others want part numbers. Haven't been asked for a chasis number yet but did have that once with vauxhall.
P.S.
I found most dealers will post parts out so try ringing round different dealers if your local one is crap.

Thanks,
I've tried all the local dealers and they spout the usual crap about not being able to get the right part or access the system. They used to do it but not any longer..!
Gettiing a number off one of their cars is probably easiest.
