Talking My lady tells me it's just too big for her!

Can anyone help me out with this problem?

She says the spoilers got to go, I have an STi Type UK MY03 in black. Anyone with a Black WRX or JDM Import want to do a swap?

Please help.

Time for a new extension/patio. If she knows you can 'conceal' her body that easy she'll think twice about slagging off the high-level spoiler!!!

Have a mint wrx one, its yours if you want it, only p[rob its blue

A better option would be to buy one off ebay for about £5 and then sell yours for about £300- 350

Get the Carbon Fibre one from Scott Lowe, Not as big as the STi one, but looks better then the little standard WRX one.

Got it fitted to my 04 WRX

How tall is your wife? Maybe you need to get a slightly shorter one!

Lady driver in our family is only 5'1" (knock an inch off that in reality! LOL) & says spoiler is spot-on, as it frames the rear window perfectly for her & she can see straight through it!

(Bit of head-bobbing required for cars behind at certain distances in rear-view mirror but otherwise perfect!)

Just tell your lady it is her car and see,how many flashy changes she will make to it!
I am a woman and i own the scoob.because it's mine,I have modded it to **** and my ex-partner instead moaned all the time about me modding it.
BTW,I paid for my car and the mods not him, so I always told him to sit down and eat his dinner!

IIRC the fitment between an STI and a WRX is different, so you will have to swap bootlids as well.

A little background information required. We have been together 6 months. The car and I have only been together 3 weeks.
I got a job offer yesterday and it comes with a fully expensed company car!
bugger!
Dilema. keep the scooby or take the job?
My girlfriend then presents another option. (knowing how much I love my scoob) "I could sell my car and drive yours on a daily basis, that way you'll get the best of both worlds?"
"That's a fantastic idea I say."
"You'll have to get rid of that bloody awfull ironing board off the back first though!"

Hopefully you can now appreciate my problem. loosing the wing is the better of two evils. certainly better than selling the car in less than a month!

And your absolutely right MattW, I need the bootlid as well as the spoiler. I think the colour is mica black. It's got a slight gold fleck in the paintwork.

Oh My God!......

Whats the world coming too.

She'll get used to it matey, Honest. With all the attention she's going to get from Blokes who just love to see a Bird driving a Proper Car she'll forget the spoiler's even there.

She'll be fighting waves and smiles off with a stick

Plus if you take of the STi spoiler it will look **** !!!!!!!

I wasn't keen on our large spoiler to start with because of the view being a bit more limited, I soon got used to it and there is no way I'd swap it for a smaller one.

You could tell her that she has to get used to it, you drive all the time or she can walk instead.

the only problem I've found it trying to see if the car behind has blue lights on top, or when close if the driver is in Uniform... it cuts right through my view... But it looks so Good
