Two Stolen Impreza's spotted (dudley)
hiya
sorry, this is a bit of a ****ty first post, but
tonight outside my flat have I have been watching two stolen impreza's hooning around the roundabout!
two cars
a silver wagon and a blue wagon, both driven by asian kids
I have a photo of the silver one (poor quality, they where going very fast)
and unfortunately the blue one crashed!
both of the cars sped off 30 mins before the (useless) police turned up!
I saw the blue one crash, and phoned the police several times (at one point they said it wasn't a police matter!!!!!)
If these cars belonged to anyone on here, please let me know and I will try to help if I can.
anyway
sorry about the cars

LOL Merry Hell. The police clamp down for some months, so everyone moves on. And then they gloat to local papers saying "problem solved....the problem has been eliminated".....only for them to return a few months later and its back to sqaure one.
The problem never goes away

I thought the origin of chav was an abbreviation:
CHelmsford AVerage. That always sounded quite apt to me!
Welcome to SN! Well done for keeping your eyes peeled and not tunring a blind eye. I hope they catch the little sh*ts

Trust me, its Gypsy slang.
I come from a Village near Chatham and went to primary school with a number of original 'Chavs'.
More 'debt collecting' types, than 'Burberry brigade' in those days
