I've had a new UK Impreza and now an import for the last two years. As long as you have all the paperwork for the car then consider the price as you would for a UK one. Check it's full UK spec, has 3-years warrenty, registered new in this country, registered with Subaru UK, serviced as per book, etc.

Insurance is all the same for an EU car as a UK car because it's the same.

Price should be whatever you're happy to pay once you've researched what other similar cars are going for.

Good luck.
-Steve.
