Re-Map on std UK ECU for £550 + Vat - Is that right?

Re-Map on std UK ECU for £550 + Vat - Is that right?
I need to get my ECU re-mapped, I have got a std UK ECU and I am being told that they can be re-mapped but I have to pay for the ECU license which including the re-map is £550 + VAT, is this correct?

Prices vary.. depends on if its done on a chassis dyno or not. £550 is not bad.
