Default anyone tried sellin there car in the auto trader lately

think i will put the car for sale in the autotrader, had it on the net for sometime now with out much luck,
if i advertise it at about 8700 it will be cheapest in area for its miles etc,
think its a good price to put at, its 48k miles, wrx impreza years mot and warranty, has prodrive exhaust, spoiler, suspension, 18inch gold alloys.
in great condition,

thoughts?

sold my MY00 V plate 2 owners, 50k FSSH PPP was up for 7k and it went without even making the autotrader printed version with 5 calls from website alone.

Moral of the story being the good ones are always sort after

did yours have the 50k service? so seems worth a try then, just seems to be so much of a buyers market nowadays,
just asking for opinions on the price of mine,

yep. had the cambelt service at 40k odd (age service rather than mieage) then a bell and colvile MD stamp at 50k.

tried mine a couple of months before at 7,800 and got limited interest. My opinion, yours might be a touch on the high side. Mine was MY00 so the only 'real' difference was the reg letter.

worth a punt at the high 7's as not the best time of year for selling.

just my opinion and others might be better placed to advise.

I found selling in Autotrader in SE London / Kent I had loads of calls for GTIs Beemers and the like.Yorkshire Autotrader has only ever got me one call for a Saxo VTS and a Clio. Both sold to first viewer so hold out. The lead upto Xmas is normally a slow time to sell cars. Good luck
