Cool Help needed round christmas time

I am coming back to Reading for christmas and new year and am getting some bits fitted to my car and also getting it remapped by Bob Rawle.

The problem I have is the PPP centre pipe that I have is currently in Cornwall, I am getting the car remapped on the 28th and not able to go to Cornwall until the 30th returning on the 4th/5th Jan.

Long shot I know but does anybody round the Reading are have a decat PPP resonated centre pipe for a MY00 Classic that they will be willing to lend me for a week so that I can get my car remapped and get to Cornwall and back with my own pipe.

Also I need some help in fitting a VF24, APS HFA CAK and the Centre pipe before I can get it remapped. I wanted to get intouch with TVM but have had no luck so far. Does anyone know where I can get these bits fitted in the Reading area.

Cheers

Steve

I can't help with either, but what about looking at some of it the other way around, get a few good natured scooby owners to get the pipe up to you in time for the remap, i'm kinda in the middle bit and would be prepared to do a few miles, may be able to get the cornwall and devon leg done, is a mad idea but it may work.

Cool

Cheers scooby.newbie but judging by the shear amount of response I have had to the thread I don't think there are to many people willing to volunteer for such a mamoth task, looks like I will have to go without and get the car mapped without the exhaust pipe.

what's wrong with using a courier, or special delivery? probably wouldn't cost as much as driving there & back anyway
